This is our most popular and best value unit per sq.ft. This will store the contents of an average 3-4 bedroom house. Move In
To move your belongings into the storage unit, drive to your assigned unit during Easy Access hours (7am to 9pm). Once there, you can unload and store your items securely inside. We recommend using the moving carts provided for larger or heavier items to make the process easier.
Yes, you can schedule a specific time to move your items during our Easy Access hours, from 7am to 9pm. We recommend scheduling during off-peak hours if possible to avoid busy periods and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Answer a few questions using a simple web form and upload a photo of your I.D. and once this is complete and we have received your first payment we will activate your account. This is usually on the same or next business day. You can move in any day of the week however new accounts are only processed Mon-Fri so please checkout by Friday a.m. if you plan to move in over the weekend.
Move Out
To vacate your storage unit, simply remove all your items and lock the unit. We recommend notifying us once your unit is emptied to close your account and settle any final payments.

Refunds
Notice period & Licence Fees
- The Customer may terminate this Licence by giving a minimum of 20 days’ written notice.
- Licence fees are non-refundable. No refunds or partial refunds of Licence fees will be given for any unused period following termination.
- This pricing structure allows us to offer no-deposit storage, flexible terms, and a high level of service while keeping administration and costs low.
We use Stripe alongside the Stora platform you use to access your account.
Yes, deposits are refundable, provided there are no outstanding fees or damage to the storage unit. After the unit is vacated and inspected, the deposit will be refunded within 21 days, minus any applicable charges.
